When you reset a user, is the check box checked that has the "change the password at first logon"? If so, they will not be able to log into OWA. If you have to reset their password many times before they can log in, it sounds like an AD replication issue. Can you verify AD replication health or time it takes to replicate changes? You might want to look at enabling the Password Reset tool that was introduced in SP3 for Exch 2007: http://www.expta.com/2010/06/new-exchange-2007-sp3-password-reset.html Tim Harrington - Catapult Systems - http://HowDoUC.blogspot.com

Is this just effecting one user? Did you check the user properties to make sure that the account is not expired/disabled? Is the box check to "change the password at next logon"? Can you verify that the security permissions on the user object is set to inherit from the parent?Tim Harrington - Catapult Systems - http://HowDoUC.blogspot.com

hi, this happens when you created same user & mailbox multiple time which causes replicaiton issue. you need to wait at least half n hour once u create same user & mailbox. for best practices check wth replmon tool either last replication was successful or not...Regards, Ajaj Desai (India)
